Weekend Preview Dec 1st and Midweek Recap Nov 28th

I can't believe it's December and the world cup draw is coming up. Lee Seung Woo gets a debut albeit in a cup match but of course too much to do midweek and this weekend making watching a difficult task, especially for those not on DVR.

Kwon Chang Hoon -- Another start and another goal, although this time in a loss. And what a goal it was, first timing a ball from a fair distance into far corner with tons of curl. Classy. Friday seems like a tough ask but clearly he's critical to Dijon's offense now. I think he starts but perhaps he finally gets a rest at least to start.

Koo Ja Cheol -- With Khedira out, we should expect to see Koo line up at CM/DM this week. He expressed some frustration this week about the lack of minutes, especially as he's played well at times when getting a chance. Hopefully he gets a goal or something that will give him a run of matches to earn his spot back.

Ji Dong Won -- With Koo playing deeper, Ji moves up in the attacking depth but the selection of attacking subs seems fairly arbitrary. I think he should be on the bench but we'll see if he gets minutes.

Lee Chung Yong -- Out injured.

Ki Sung Yueng -- Again playing as part of a three man DM row, Ki was decent but showed tired legs at times and was stuck pretty far back in terms of helping out on offense. When he did, Sanches would knock the ball out of bounds or Ayew would lose it. Must be frustrating for Ki but I think he continues to start as the blame isn't on him.

Son Heung Min -- I'm surprised he was rested despite him doing well against Leicester-type tactics. When he came on, he provided some energy, but soon the addition of Llorente put him wider and/or deeper than where he's most effective. Lamela was good as well though I think for now, he'll slot in for Eriksen. With such a frustrating run of matches, we'll see how much Poch re-arranges things but I'd think that Son would start but it's unclear when things go so bad.

Suk Hyun Jun -- Came on as a sub. I guess one rationale is that he was rested in a lost cause vs PSG but they were actually close to it and reports were that Suk had created some chances as well when he came on. With that rest, I'd expect Suk to start this weekend.

Lee Seung Woo -- A start in a cup. Reports were that he was lively if a bit sloppy with his aggressive play. They did win eventually but no goals probably means back to bench but hopefully he earned some more minutes going forward.
