Jeong Woo Yeong-- After missing last week with a muscular issue, he returned to training this week and wasn't listed on possible absences so he should be fit enough for the bench. With a few other absences, maybe a decent chance of coming on if needed.
Kwon Chang Hoon-- Was disappointingly not used last weekend despite needing goals. With a weaker opponent, Streich may be more willing to gamble in terms of Kwon's defensive shortcomings, but seems a bit away from being an early offensive sub.
Lee Jae Sung-- First player that I missed with Kiel making up a match postponed by COVID. Started both matches as a false 9 and played all 90 in each, but they were also both losses which leaves them suddenly out of playoff spot even accounting for match in hand. Should start again however.
Choi Kyoung Rok-- Started and came off with five minutes left.
Hwang Hee Chan-- Came on very late but by the time he came on, Leipzig had given up anything resembling coordinated football. Not the ideal environment for HHC to shine. With Poulsen uncertain for the weekend, possibly a chance to have a larger role even if from the bench.
Yun Il Lok-- Not in squad on the weekend, and second player missed with midweek action was a moot point as he wasn't in squad even for a cup match vs. a fourth tier opponent. No signs of a change this weekend.
Ji Dong Won-- Was a scratch with that muscular injury and without any updates, I'll assume a doubt for weekend given persistence of this issue.
Hwang Ui Jo-- Started and scored a PK. Apparently was one of the stronger performers on a weak day, though most comments appear to be about work rate and effort rather than quality.
Lee Kang In-- An unused sub last weekend as I suspected though with a loss, perhaps will have a better chance of coming on as a sub.
Son Heung Min-- Came on at HT reflecting marginally longer recovery from hamstring issue than initially indicated, and struggled to impact the match when he did come on. Tottenham is a house built on sand. With such a soft defense and limited spine, everything basic becomes quite difficult unless everything goes just right. Not out of it, but really need to capitalize when playing relegation candidates. Should start.
