Ryu is rumored to be headed out on loan though he might get action here especially with critical CL playoff leg 1 Tuesday.  By the same token, not certain if Son will start or be saved for next week.

Koo + PJH have no such concerns after bowing out of Europa League, though both played well, and particularly Koo who was one of the best players on the pitch.  Koo worked hard and found some of the touch that had gone missing, and displayed it all on his goal: calmly trapping an off-target pass, working around defenders and slotting just inside the far post.  Too bad Mainz fell apart after both came off.  I expect both to start.

Ki returns to start for Swansea.  With major turnover of the Swansea side, Ki gets a chance to start in a defensive midfielder role.  He's been the deepest of the three central midfielders during preseason.  Its a tough matchup for first match against Manchester United so we'll see how much license to attack he gets.

Ji Dong Won didn't play in cup match midweek vs Bayern, so hopefully that means he gets a good opportunity to impress this weekend.  I think he should make the squad if not start.

Lee Chung Yong came on a sub during Bolton's tough cup win.  He should start again this weekend.

Kim Bo Kyung played just over 80 minutes in the cup midweek.  I suspect that he will be left out of the squad or barely make the bench this weekend.

Yun has been missing out of friendlies, so not sure if he's healthy or what.  Hard to tell but I'd imagine he'd be fortunate to make the bench.

Hong Jeong Ho just had a birthday.  I don't think he's returned to full practice yet so it's doubtful that he'd make the squad.

Kim Jin Su has been doing well in preseason.  I imagine that he will get the start in the cup but its a cup so not certain.
