Midweek Preview Oct 29 and Weekend Recap Oct 25

One where recap maybe should be in quotes as I didn't get to watch what meager football was on.

But cup action is always a decent chance, though tough to predict, for bench guys to start and you also might see Lee Chung Yong vs. Bayern on ESPN3, Tuesday at 3 PM ET, though I would think that he might be rested to save him for the relegation battle.

Jeong Woo Yeong-- I doubt he vaults into a starting spot given top tier opposition but maybe a bench role, especially with an attacker injured.

Kwon Chang Hoon-- Probably best chance for a start in immediate future for same reasons as above, just starting from a higher spot on the depth chart.

Hwang Ui Jo-- He played ninety but it seemed Lille dominated the match and he didn't get good marks from press or stats so I'll take it as a blessing for my slightly improved view on him. I would think that he gets a rest on the bench midweek, but with Bordeaux happily in eighth, maybe they gamble a bit here.

Lee Kang In-- Suspended last weekend, and not sure if his red continues midweek, but I imagine on bench if not.

Suk Hyun Jun-- Cup vs. third tier team seems a good chance for Suk to start I imagine. He came on as a sub for final 10 minutes in a scoreless draw.

Ki Sung Yueng-- Still not in squad. And despite Sean Longstaff getting a red, Hayden returns so Ki likely to remain out for the foreseeable future.

Son Heung Min-- Sounded like he was lively and yet he hit the woodwork twice which was the difference between a possible win and the loss that they suffered. A loss away vs. the top of the table doesn't seem too bad but they remain in the lower half and an upset or two is badly needed to rebuild confidence.

Ji Dong Won-- Still out injured
