Weekend January 11th

I dropped Yun until its more clear where he's going (if anywhere).  Same with Kiu but he's because he's been exclusively B squad for now.  If things change, I'll add em back.

Lee Chung Yong came on as a sub.  He hit the post such that many people thought that he had scored.  He may start this weekend.

Kim Bo Kyung has a new manager and played 80 in a cup match.  Reports were that he played well.  He may get the start as well in a big match for Cardiff.

Ki Sung Yueng was very classy in the midweek upset of Manchester United in the first leg of the cup semis.  A few more misplaced passes than usual but Ki dominated the midfield until the final few minutes when Sunderland as a whole started fatiguing.  Ki should start this weekend.   Ji made the bench but was an unused sub.  With Fletcher picking up an injury, Ji may get bench duty again if not a start.

Son scored in a friendly midweek.  Ryu Seung Woo also scored and also earned a PK in his Leverkusen debut.  Original plans were for Ryu to be loaned out to BL2 squad but with Sam leaving in the summer and if he continues to put up good performances, perhaps Leverkusen will think twice.

PJH played two first halves on back to back friendlies.  He's played both LB and LM.

Koo had a strong friendly match midweek, triggering a number of offensive attacks, hitting the crossbar on a nice volley and delivering a nice dribble+cross that lead to a goal.
