Weekend Recap for Weekend of March 6

Hong Jeong Ho didn't make the bench as he works his way back from injury.

Ji Dong Won started and played 60.  He showed a bit more than previous weeks but still looks low on confidence and form.  It remains to be seen how patient Weinzierl is with his development.

Kim Jin Su played 90 in a rough loss.  Not too much blame at his feet but that backline was very leaky and he didn't provide much in the way of positives either.

Yun Suk Young was really up and down this weekend but played 90 and had a few nice plays to go with his poor positioning at times.

Kim Bo Kyung played 90 in a loss and he reportedly had some quality shots to continue his good form.

Koo Ja Cheol came on as a late sub but couldn't provide the final push for a winning goal.

Park Joo Ho looked a lot more comfortable as he played 90 at LB.  It will interesting to see how they line up going forward.  Park Joo Ho may prefer DM as that's what the KNT needs, but LB is where he's best.

Suk played 74 minutes in a draw that leaves Vitoria Setubal one point out of the relegation zone.

Son Heung Min struggled to be a creative force with Calhanoglu out with injury but managed to score two goals late in the match to ice the win for Leverkusen who are back in the CL playoff spots. His decision making was a bit poor this weekend but hopefully the goals have built some confidence back in him.
