Weekend Preview Feb 20 and Midweek Europa Recap Feb 18

It looks like GolTV is picking up a few more Bundesliga matches... probably linked to the fact that BL has been pushed off in favor of the FA Cup.  Sadly, Tottenham vs Crystal Palace was not one of the matches chosen for broadcast by the FA.

Lee Chung Yong -- Since its a cup match and LCY had a positive impact when he came on last weekend, he has a good chance to play but the improving health of Bolasie and Sako may throw a wrench into LCY's improving match minutes.  Given that it's a cup match, I think LCY gets the start but it may be one of his last chances to impress.

Kim Jin Su -- We'll see if Hoffenheim stays with back three, and as long as they do, KJS may be frozen out of active squad, and certainly starting XI.  There's been no indication of change from this shape.

Park Joo Ho -- PJH was the odd man out again midweek vs Porto and perhaps on short week, he might make the bench but I don't expect him to be in the squad for an important match.  With a decent scoreline (clean sheet and 2-0 agg score), maybe he gets a chance in second leg but he'll be looking for scrap minutes right now.

Son Heung Min -- A lot of dribbling to no purpose again from Son and was taken off just shy of 70 minutes.  He did have a goal disallowed for offsides (correctly) but he really didn't have a good impact in this match and even his pressing and defensive work rate were a bit off too.  He will probably get rested in favor of Lamela this weekend though maybe he'll get a late cameo.

Hong Jeong Ho -- Left off the squad but it's unclear how much is precautionary vs. continued discomfort with the injury.  Will monitor over next couple days but given that he wasn't even in the squad, would assume that he's not quite fit enough yet.

Ji Dong Won -- Came on as sub with about 10 minutes left and was very bright in a central attacking role.  Running with some confidence, the highlight was a nice dribble and pass across field and then finding the ball in the box, volleying a nice shot on the wrong side of the post in Augsburg's best moment.  With Bobadilla injured, Ji has a strong chance of starting but with improving health of guys like Werner, not clear exactly how all the pieces might fit together.

Koo Ja Cheol -- He came on even later and was mostly brought on to kill time and provide some fresh legs.  He looked ok in the brief moments that it mattered and hopefully is sharp this weekend as I expect him to start.

Suk Hyun Jun -- He came on with only a few minutes left but like Ji, also had one of Porto's best chances when he fought to get a touch on the ball in front of GK and was just saved.  He looked good and strong and maybe it was just a test to check in on his fitness levels, because it seemed he should have come on sooner in a losing effort.  Not sure he'll start this weekend with leg 2 coming up which might be his opportunity to start.  He'll make the bench if not.

Ki Sung Yueng -- Swansea are staying home to train and will hope to get their act together for the run in.  The extra rest can't hurt Ki's concussion any.
