A gentle reminder to cancel your BR Live subscription if you're monthly until the knockout stages. With little CL action, I'm posting this late as Hwang Hee Chan started for Salzburg and is currently losing to Liverpool on TNT.
Otherwise not too much to recap outside of one spectacular showing...
Wednesday
Son Heung Min -- Tottenham go to Bayern Munich at 3PM on BR Live -- Son's performance had an exclamation point from a remarkable run from his own half through the entire defense to score but it was strong again from Son all around as he had an assist (albeit easy as he knocked down to Kane), and also helped out on another shooting with the rebound eventually being scored. It was also interesting to see him take set pieces with one particularly nice one just missed. He played 90 which is a sign that he won't have a large role midweek in a match that will primarily feature backups but he did travel so a bench spot is likely.
Recap
Jeong Woo Yeong -- Was unused option on the bench. Not sure if this is helpful as I think
Kwon Chang Hoon -- He came on with a couple minutes left in a tight match to kill some time and for some fresh legs. Despite the short run out, he had a chance but was a hair offside and he didn't finish the chance anyway. Not too much to take away from such a short showing when they were defending a lot.
Ji Dong Won -- Still out but hopefully getting closer.
Lee Kang In -- Valencia go to Ajax at 3PM but Lee Kang In still injured so I'm putting down here. I guess could be interesting to see if it changes potential minutes in second half of season.
Ki Sung Yueng -- No change and out of squad.
Suk Hyun Jun -- Sadly, did not start but he did come on with ten minutes left and they did win so not a full reversion.
Hwang Ui Jo -- Again was on the bench but came on as a sub at around an hour gone in an eventual loss.
