Weekend Recap Jan 4th

Oops, forgot that French players had cup matches this weekend. Good thing this is free.

Son Heung Min -- What a rocket on Thursday! Doing his best to match West Ham's heroics on a tough day where fatigue meant that Tottenham's final touch was a bit off, Son's laser goal was quite impressive and salvaged a point. It wasn't the best day for Son, but it wasn't bad even when not counting in such an amazing goal. As for Saturday, he was rested in the cup, as Poch experimented with Kane out wide. He did come on and shot off the post apparently but the match was well in hand by then.

Lee Seung Woo -- Unused sub.

Ki Sung Yueng -- Still out injured but he's back to training so we should be seeing him soon.

Lee Chung Yong -- Sad that he couldn't play a minute in a cup match. It was a medium strength lineup in a match that even accounting for rivalry, that Crystal Palace didn't need to win. And they paid a price with two injuries. That may mean greater chance for a sub cameo going forward, but I wish he wasn't needed so he could go and find a new club.

Kwon Chang Hoon -- Apparently quite impactful but he was pulled with cramps a few minutes from  end of regular time and they'd lose at the end.

Suk Hyun Jun -- Suk was apparently suspended for yellows and wasn't in squad.
