Also I’ve not kept track of which matches will happen this weekend in France given circumstances.
Day | Time | Player | Club | Opponent | TV |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
Saturday | 9:30 AM | Ji Dong Won | Augsburg | Schalke | Fox Match Pass |
Saturday | 9:30 AM | Koo Ja Cheol | Augsburg | Schalke | Fox Match Pass |
Saturday | 10:00 AM | Ki Sung Yueng | Newcastle | @Huddersfield | NBC Gold |
Saturday | 10:00 AM | Son Heung Min | Tottenham | Burnley | NBCSN |
Saturday | 11:00 AM | Kwon Chang Hoon | Dijon | PSG | BeIn Play |
Saturday | 2:00 PM | Suk Hyun Jun | Reims | Strasbourg | BeIn Play |
Ji Dong Won-- Will probably be on bench.
Koo Ja Cheol-- I’m not sure how Baum will shake things up to get things going the right way. Perhaps Koo gets added back into starting XI.
Ki Sung Yueng-- Ki should start even if Shelvey were fit given Ki’s form.
Son Heung Min-- I was worried from what I read that he played poorly but I was pleasantly surprised. I guess we get fixated on misses but Son wasn’t the only one who missed great opportunities to score. Son provided a good amount of danger despite a bit of sloppiness to his play. Yes he coulda done more with his chance but it wasn’t a sitter and neither were his two weak footed shots that he scuffed. A decent showing on a lumpy day for Tottenham where they did just enough to move on. With League Cup next week, not sure how Poch will rotate... a rest on the bench might freshen him up for another NLD.
Suk Hyun Jun-- Maybe Suk gets another go given his apparently positive showing last week. A goal could help his cause but until then I’m not certain but at least it means he should be in squad at worst.
