Weekend Preview Oct 2 and Midweek Recap Sept 29

Wild days in non-football news, but fairly quiet in this corner of the internet with no players in visible transfer rumors. Then again we've had surprise end of window changes.

We have international break after this so going to appreciate a bit of a break.

Ji Dong Won-- Ji is out this weekend. Hopefully international break gives him a fighting chance.

Hwang Hee Chan-- Had a hip knock and is uncertain for the weekend. Sounded touch and go.

Choi Kyoung Rok-- Still out injured I think

Kwon Chang Hoon-- I expect him on the bench.

Jeong Woo Yeong-- I have higher optimism around Jeong starting.

Lee Kang In-- Started but didn't get that many touches of the ball. When he passes, its almost always brilliant. But he still overdribbles like he were playing at a lower level and needs to find ways to get involved when not the centerpiece of the team. Given a goal shortly after his subbing off and short rest, maybe a higher chance of him being on the bench.

Yun Il Lok-- Still looking for season debut from the bench.

Lee Jae Sung-- Transfer rumors were dismissed by Kiel's sporting director. Should start.

Hwang Ui Jo-- I think he played well enough in his cameo to start but Bordeaux are not playing well offensively so not sure what the manager has in mind.

Son Heung Min-- Jose sounded non committal today so it will be a matchday decision for Son's availability after missing Thursday's critical EL playoff. Fortunately, Tottenham didn't find too much difficulty midweek winning easily so we have more football to look forward to. Given its Jose's former team they're facing, I think if Son is at all fit that he will start but given the fact that he couldn't even be on the bench midweek as an emergency substitute seems like he's a decoy for tactical prep rather than a real chance to play.

Paik Seung Ho-- Hopefully a start in a rare BL2 stream.
