Hong Jeong Ho - Came on a defensive sub and I'd expect that role to continue.
Son Heung Min - Was moving well but had some really poor touch issues and was subbed out just before 60 minutes. Unfortunately, despite dominating possession and shots, Leverkusen lost and still need a draw to ensure progress into the group stage though fortunately its against eliminated Benfica. Should start.
Koo Ja Cheol - Looked far sharper than he did in friendlies or matches pre-international break and played 90'. Still a bit more frenetic than necessary but it seemed touch and confidence are returning again. He should start.
Park Joo Ho - Started off in DM and moved back to LB later in the match after some subs. He was very tidy with the ball, utilizing his body well to maintain possession against pressure. That said, he's still developing vision to be able to provide more on the offensive side of the ball. He appeared invisible at times during the build up. Still it seems Mainz wants to invest in this project so he should start and most likely at DM.
Lee Chung Yong scored in the waning minutes and brought Bolton to level and was MOTM yet again. His good form continues and he should start.
Kim Bo Kyung - Was out of squad and would be only warming bench if he made it.
Yun Suk Young - He started and played 90'. He started off pretty poorly with a few mistakes, in particular a backpass that gave Newcastle a great opportunity to score. Over the second half, however, Yun started to settle down and was pretty decent if not great. He should start again.
Ki Sung Yueng - Continued his tough work and positive contributions in a tough loss to Manchester City. Swansea played very defensively and had a hard time maintaining possession, but Ki continued his solid form at both ends. Hopefully he and Swansea can open it up a bit more this weekend.
Kim Jin Su - He returned to the pitch and played about six or so minutes as a sub. Hopefully he can work his way back into starting lineup, if not this weekend, soon.
Suk Hyun Jun - He scored and played 60' in the cup match. He may start this weekend.
Ji Dong Won - He returned to light running and hopefully he can start playing at whatever level Klopp sees fit.
