Weekend Preview Mar 10 and Midweek Recap Mar 5

Sad as double Korean derby weekend seems unlikely with many players struggling to make matchday squads.

Ji Dong Won-- Ji is on good form so should start.

Koo Ja Cheol-- We'll see how the pieces fit in behind but Koo probably will start again.

Ki Sung Yueng-- With Longstaff done for the season, its four midfielders for two spots now so it seems more likely to make the squad and a decent chance of starting this weekend.

Son Heung Min-- Son started and continued to be off his best but he had a very strong claim for a PK and the match intensity dropped noticeably once Kane got a goal. With Alli nearing a return, perhaps Poch rotates a bit but there's a whole week of rest and Son didn't look physically tired as much as he was trying a bit too hard. I'd expect him to start.

Kwon Chang Hoon-- He's with the squad and after a loss last weekend, perhaps he bounces back into starting XI.

Suk Hyun Jun-- Left out of squad.

Paik Seung Ho-- Sunday makes squads even hard to determine but he did play the second half of regional cup final in which they beat Barcelona even if it was closer to a friendly in structure. We will see if that half earn him a spot back with the first team for league play but for now it will be dicey just to make the squad and unlikely to play much if he does.

Lee Kang In-- Another day out of the squad and its looking really bad for LKI. Maybe he gets a glorified benchwarming spot but no news on a positive direction at all.
